Can you solve the mystery… and play a part in it?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Newport Opera House Association is holding auditions for Clue<\/em><\/strong>,<\/em> our fall comedy-mystery based on the beloved Paramount Pictures film and the classic Hasbro board game!<\/span><\/p>\n

Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script<\/strong>\u2014no prepared monologue is required. Since most readings are done in groups, please plan to arrive as close to 7:00 PM<\/strong> as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roles available:<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>
\nWadsworth, Miss Scarlet, Mrs. Peacock, Mrs. White, Colonel Mustard, Professor Plum, <\/span>
\nMr. Green, Yvette, Cook, Singing Telegram Girl, Mr. Boddy, Motorist, Chief of Police, and Unexpected Cop.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Sunday, November 22, 2026, The World Famous Glenn Miller Orchestra will delight you as they perform their greatest hits and timeless classics, including \u201cIn the Mood,\u201d Chattanooga Choo Choo,\u201d Pennsylvania 6-5000,\u201d \u201cString of Pearls\u201d and their theme song \u201cMoonlight Serenade,\u201d as they continue their national tour. In addition to all of Glenn Miller\u2019s biggest hits this special show will include\u00a0 songs to kick off the upcoming holiday season!<\/span><\/p>\n

Over 18 musicians and singers will bring the unforgettable Glenn Miller sound to life on the stage of the Newport Opera House, as they perform those songs that everyone remembers. Touring continuously since 1956, the Glenn Miller Orchestra travels over 100,000 miles each year, playing nearly 300 dates.<\/span><\/p>\n
